  • 会员1965：明明没有停车场，信息却写有停车场，到了以后问前台，前台说就是停路边，停吧，都这样。无语只能停。 晚上两点被无数文字咬醒，电话前台想问问有没有灭蚊器，刚开始不接电话，后来接了，听我说了问题后，直接把我电话挂了。再拨通，勉强回答我说，抽屉里自己找。好吧，我找到了，但也找到了其他抽屉里各种恶心的前房客留下的各种东西，你可以脑洞大开，都会是些什么东西，估计有些抽屉100年没被清扫过。
  • 会员3555：没有给到好评主要是酒店前台服务的问题。第一天给朋友办入住，发现房间所谓的窗是内窗，当时就提出异议。前台的意见是：窗户就是小了点，他们家就只剩这个大床房了，别人也是这样住的，我就要求退房，回答已经办入住，要我和平台协商。后来给平台电话，说明情况，结果酒店说还有一个带棋牌的榻榻米大床房，给我免费升级。为了避免换酒店麻烦，就同意了，房间确实比原来的好。这点弥补做的挺不错的。 第二天中午11点半的时候，前台来电说十二点要退房的。我明确告诉他，我是有到14点退房的权限，他们可以去平台查，酒店方要求我提供凭证。离店（13点不到）办理手续时，原本要出示平台说明给她看，但不知何故没找到，只能致电平台确认。最后还是平台给到他们电话解决这个问题。 两天不同的两个前台，在服务意识上同样的差，不会从客户的角度处理事情，可见酒店的培训水平。
