The Zhong Fa Yuan Hotel (Xining Zhongfayuan Fandian) is conveniently located in the business district, within walking distance of the railway station and 16 kilometers from the airport. Guests can choose from 165 guestrooms, ranging from standard rooms to deluxe suites. All are equipped with air-conditioning systems, international direct-dial phones, internet access, satellite TVs, safes and minibars. Guests can avail of other conveniences at the hotel as well, such as ticket reservations, currency exchange, meeting rooms, a business center with international telephony, fax,typing and photocopying services.   • 会员9899：是旅游局核准的四星级酒店。旁边有个商业广场，对面就是著名的大十字百货，门前的大众街公交车蛮多的。服务很好，餐厅和前台都身着制服，服务态度很好。入住的时候还免费给升级了一个套房，很超值。尤其表扬一个姓马的前台小伙子冒雨帮我把行李箱送上了车。房间很大，设施齐备，够得上四星酒店的标准。房间里还有关于青海旅游的书，和一封诚恳的反馈表。客厅里和房间里各有一个电视。入住当天赠送了两瓶自制酸奶。早餐虽然品种不是很多，食物比较精致，有回民特色小吃馓子、一种与众不同的鸡蛋，还有现煮的面条和米线。总体来说还是挺不错的，价钱也不贵。
