  • 会员3892：因为喜爱韩剧，所以一直想来这家酒店住一次的。看评论有好有坏，决定还是要亲自尝试一下。 订了套房，因为想要大阳台。哈哈?? 办理入住还是蛮快捷的，房间面积也是挺大的，安静程度也是ok的。我们一致喜欢那个吧台设计，关键是洗手啊洗水果啊什么的特别方便。虽然洗手间也是有两个的，但我基本都在吧台这里完成。 在阳台上可以看到金鸡湖的一侧…
  • 会员1505：稍微旧了点，地理位置绝佳。虽然不是湖景房，也安排了可以看到摩天轮的房间。下来走几步就到湖边，去书店和月光码头都很近。周边的商业没有什么人气。 第二天的床单没有很干净，小孩掉在床上的饼干屑，晚上回去还在。
  • EC2C9623F0825AB8：我们订的湖景房，由于到的比较晚没房间了，酒店就帮我们免费升级了套房，还赠送课免费的水果。套房非常大，室外的大露台可以直接看到金鸡湖及大转盘，视野非常开阔，老公很是喜欢。再说一下早餐，由于昨晚睡得较晚，酒店早餐10:30结束，我们9:30才去吃早饭，本以为去的晚了菜品不多，但是出乎意外基本各种点心、早餐都还是能吃到的，选了一个靠窗的位置，看着窗外飘起的小雨，悠闲的吃到了自己扶墙走。服务人员也很耐心和礼貌，总体来说相对于附近的洲际酒店、凯悦酒店，他们的性价比挺高的。非常好的一次住宿体验，下次来苏州会再订。
  • 会员7564：因为周边特别方便、有至少两个商圈，所以订的是不含早餐的房间。虽然预订房间时，床型、是否无烟均是随机安排，但经过备注下单，酒店还是在一天后给予心仪的安排。 提前到达酒店，正好有空房，就迅速安排我们入住；并在我们短暂出游返回时，发现贴心慰问卡片和小礼物。让我们都很惊讶。 不得不说，酒店的细节服务非常到位，若有朋友到苏州，我会推荐此家！
