  • 会员1538：酒店大堂气派非凡，特别是晚上的水晶灯特别好看。还在酒店吃了自助餐，菜品也比较丰富。特别感谢酒店的经理陈志立先生，服务热情周到，入住时提醒我们早晚温差较大，注意增添衣物。并且还帮我们升级了房间。尤其是在得知我爱人有些感冒后，入住后30分钟就送来了可乐姜丝。还为我的儿子送了一块小蛋糕。真的有被感动。给陈经理点赞，下次入住还会选择这家酒店。
  • 尊敬的会员：連續住了兩天，還沒到店，大堂副理已經和我們聯絡上了，由於疫情期及我們境外遊客的關係，先為我們辦好前期手績，到店後更能即時取房了。原本要24小時前預約接送車服務的，入住當日才預約，酒店副理都殷切地為我們安排了，因此由高鐵站到酒店非常順利。感謝酒店為我們升級了客房，房間非常舒適乾淨，酒店地理位置也相當不錯，附近食肆林立，後面就是大型超市，前往黃果樹或天龍屯堡，短時間更可以離開巿區繁忙路段。值得讚揚是兩位年輕副理，專業而實誠的服務，為我們解決不少當地交通上的問題。
