会员1617：绍兴这几天正好下雨，天气不是很好，但酒店的服务没能影响到我的心情，前台办理入住的牛先生特别好，主动告知我如果需要出去礼宾部提供雨伞服务，行李什么的安排好，准备去周边逛逛，蔡女士看我没打伞，主动问我需不需雨伞，并把雨伞递给我，酒店的这种服务绝对不错，给人宾至如归的感觉！很好！

会员8815：入住中金豪生酒店，为此次绍兴之行增色不少。酒店位置佳，在城市中心。环境很好，独特天桥形高层建筑，令人赏心悦目。酒店早餐丰富，味道不错。最要赞的是酒店的服务人员，个个热情周到，尤其前台小李和阿玲，人漂亮声音甜美，话语句句贴心，服务细致耐心，了解到我们此次旅游行程，给了很多非常好的建议，还为我们升级了房型，亲自帮我们换房间。房间出乎意料的好，令人非常愉快。办理离店手续时更是意想不到的快速顺利，每个服务员都非常友好，令人难以忘怀，期待下次再来。是个非常值得推荐的酒店！！！
会员5281：酒店地理位置很方便，停车场也很大，离公交站跟客运站都很近，办理入住前台姓徐的小妹服务很贴心，办好入住上楼想看电视跟连网络，就打了客服中心电话，一位姓任的女士接待的，告诉了怎么连网络跟开电视，今天的早餐种类繁多，吃的很愉快，总体来说酒店还是可以的！
