Guest：Staff was just so friendly. Covadonga, Mama, Germán, Yaina, the bartender, and restaurant waiters went out of their way to accommodate and help during our stay, the best part is that they did it with joy, care and great conversation. Thank you to each and everyone of them! Room was clean, with a balcony. We loved sitting sipping wine at night enjoying the view. There was a fridge in the room. One downside is the lack of receptacles bedside to charge you phones at night. Also make sure you ask about AC because there is a thermostat but it seemed like there was no AC. Nights were cool in June so we weren’t too impacted but in hot weather it could be an issue. Hotel has a beautiful location with trails accesible nearby. Formidal has great little restaurants, a market and a public outdoor pool that looked pretty nice from outside. Sallent de Gállego is 10 minute drive which was perfect. Overall a great experience both with the hotel and the area.
Guest：Overall very good experience. The hotel is placed at the end of Formigal with amazing view in all the directions. Foratata trail starts next to the hotel. The rooms are very big with everything you need. Clean everywhere. Amazing terrace to enjoy a drink after a long walk. The bar prices are very cheap comparing with city bars. Even the dinner is very convenient, considering it is a buffet and you have plenty of options. The only remark that i have, at the breakfast there is too much meat… and no vegetables or very limited options for vegan/vegatarians. The hotel staff is very nice and very helpful. Definitely we will be back as we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the we still have plenty of mountains to escalate. :) Gracias Lucian
Guest：Disappointed We have been surprised by the poor level of service of this hotel. It's rated 4 stars we paid more than 160 euros by night but they were several issues. The restaurant was quite often complete, we were not informed in advance. We made the queue to be then informed that it was complete. Hopefully for the breakfasts we took it during the booking. Nevertheless , we had to wait minimum 30 minutes to get in. The servers were overwhelmed. Inside a lot of products were not renewed. We already waited 45 minutes for the check in on day 1. We went to the spas to get a massage for 1h30. The music was not functioning (system broken and no maintenance). We can hear the voice of the men on charge of the swimming pool welcoming all people from the hotel. Not a place to relax. The massage in itself was not pro. For a cost of almost 90 euros by person, and we took two (for the couple, one after the other), it's way to expensive for such poor quality. The tv was broken, internet too and hot water during one morning.everything was fixed after an alert at the reception desk despite internet failure. Some good things though: great place and view on the mountains, big beds very comforting, nice hotel infrastructure,good chef cooling eggs in the kitchen for breakfast.
Guest：Its great hotel with friendly staff despite my lack of Spanish, excellent facilities including in -house ski equipment rental. A nicely appointed pool/spa area and very favourably priced bar. We will certainly hope to visit again for another ski trip soon
